Jerry was great-- very patient explaining the process to me and my wife 2 years ago. We ended up canceling due to Covid flying fears and he was understanding. So I called him again this year and he took care of everything-- got my car delivered even a bit ahead of schedule and the driver, Serge, waited until I flew in and brought my car to my hotel.
