What if I'm not available for delivery?

The driver will call you 12- 24 hours prior to the delivery of your vehicle so that you will be ready for delivery.

Should you not be available for delivery, you must designate someone who will act as an agent on your behalf at the delivery site with the COD due. You will also need to authorize this person to inspect the vehicle and sign the Bill of Lading on your behalf. You may also choose to have your vehicle dropped off at a terminal in your city. There will be an additional fee for this service.
