Do I have to be there for the pick-up and/or delivery of my car or can someone else release/receive my vehicle?

The carrier will contact whoever you tell us to contact, whether it is you, a friend, or a family member etc.

Someone simply needs to be present on both ends to sign the Bill of Lading. Once the Bill of Lading is signed the driver is not responsible for any damages noticed afterwards. We suggest you look over your vehicle thoroughly and do not accept late night deliveries unless the car is visible under proper lighting.
